  • Payment to be made within seven days of receipt and approval
  • Issued and actioned within seven days of the meeting being held
  • By the 15th of each month
  • End of the following business day

We act under the Property Stock and Business Agents Act 2002 and must comply with that and other relevant legislation

We act under delegated authority and the service levels guaranteed are reliant on approvals and responses from our Strata Committees when required
