Company Title properties are now a very specialist area of management. Unfortunately, they are often not managed correctly by companies that specialise in strata.
Strata Life has managed a number of Company Title properties for many years with both a senior manager and the licensee in charge having many years of direct management of these properties.
Strata management of complex and large strata schemes
Management of complex and large schemes require significant experience in the industry. All of our Strata Managers have in excess of 10 years’ experience in the industry and have had direct management of a number of schemes exceeding 100 lots. In saying that, many of the schemes in our portfolio are under 20 lots. In line with our company motto of offering personalised service we ensure that smaller schemes are treated with the same importance as our larger ones.

All strata schemes have differing management requirements and we take the time visit site and meet the Committee members to ensure that we are offering the service required.
HOWEVER we like to think it is anything but “standard”.
We offer high level, proactive management of your scheme, with quick responses to requests and queries and a hands on management style where we get to know your building and all the personalities involved.
You will be allocated a Senior Strata manager with over 10 years’ experience and dedicated Assistant Strata Manager for your scheme.

It has all the benefits and the control of a self-managed scheme without the responsibility and risks of trust account management, payment of approved invoices, issuing levies (including chasing unpaid levies) and ensuring the property meets its legislative requirements such as preparing the Annual General Meeting agendas.

Meet The Team
Strata Life (incorporating Professionals Strata Management Hornsby) is led by Robert Fothergill as Director/Licensee and Joanna Gregg as Owner/Licensed Strata Manager who between them have over 25 years in the Strata profession. They both have extensive experience managing a variety of schemes including large and complex properties as well as overall management of medium-sized strata offices. They now bring this experience to their own business to provide the proactive and professional service that is sadly lacking in some areas of the Strata industry.
In 2019 Strata Life moved from its Berowra office to a larger centralised location in Hornsby. The decision was made at this time to change our name to better represent the future direction of the company and to reflect our move from a real estate franchise offshoot into the specialised community management space.
